Description
Medical Scribe Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for patrons (including vaccine administration card)
- Records documentation as instructed.
- Updates patient history and other pertinent health information as instructed
- Monitors patrons during the vaccine observation/screening process.
- Complies with Affinia Healthcare policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.
- Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
Work Hours 8:30am-4pm

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
